Ingredients:

1 c granulated white sugar

2-5 T Fresh or dried lavender

Instructions:

1. Pour sugar into bowl
2. Crush the buds with your hands.
3. Slowly add to sugar
4. Fold the lavender into the sugar
5. Pour contents into a sealed jar.
6. Allow to rest for 1 week before using.
