Harvest of the Hidcote
8/2/2017 – Harvested or maybe I should say pruned the Hidcote this morning. We prune so 1 stem becomes many. As the lavender matures more stems of longer length will emerge. 7 bundles of Hidcote 3.15 oz each and 4 bundles of Munstead @3.2 oz each were cut. The Munstead is still a little early to cut. Maybe next week.
